Stanley Desbas is a noted fashion photographer in New York City with over 10 years experience. His strong work ethic, passion for his work, and the results he achieves make him a much sought after photographer in the industry. Born in Haiti, Stanley Desbas is largely self-taught and has also studied at the German School of Photography and the School of Visual Art. Mr. Desbas has worked with clients such as Fubu, Coogi, and Kappa. His photographs have appeared in a variety of magazines and in national advertising campaigns, as well as in the portfolios of established top models and up and coming ones, too. Mr. Desbas enjoys working in the plus size industry with clients such as Monif C., PLUS Model Magazine, and Just My Size. Mr. Desbas enjoys an excellent rapport with plus size models due, in part to his respect and appreciation for these subjects he refers to as, ‘goddesses’.
